Agreement In Principle

We usually provide indicative terms and a preliminary decision within 24 hours of receiving an application, if not earlier.

Legals & Valuation

We'll send a team of approved appraisers from our panel to inspect the house. Simultaneously, we and the creditor will advise their lawyers to begin the legal process.

Decision

We are ready to release the funds once the legal work is completed. The process will be completed when our attorney transfers the funds to the borrower's solicitor.

Dani holds an Msc from Cass Business school. He has been involved in multimillion property loan transactions during his private banking career with: Bank Leumi, Bank Hapoalim and Citibank, through which he has gained extensive property finance knowledge.

Maurice holds a BSc from Imperial College. He has been involved in the property sector since 2002 and is an experienced UK property investor and developer. He has been a Senior Trader and Risk Analyst at JP Morgan and Barclays.

We lend up to 75% of the value of the property you’re offering as security, regardless of purchase price.Our loan terms range from 1-12 months.

 

This includes the following:

 

  • Purchases including auction purchases
  • Refinance existing loans
  • Capital release from unencumbered residential investments
  • Refurbishment works
  • Buy to Let investments

Commercial

We lend up to 65% of the value of the property you’re offering as security, regardless of purchase price. Our loan terms range from 1-12 months.

 

This includes the following:

 

  • Commercial auction properties
  • Shops
  • Offices
  • Land with planning permision
  • Buy to Let investments

Development

We work closely alongside developers and builders to ensure that their projects are properly funded from start to finish to enable them to deliver a timely and profitable project. We lend up to 65% of GDV, sometimes up to 100% .

 

We will advance  65-70% of the existing land / property immediately, in addition to that, staged payments will be made available as you go through the construction process, funding up to 100% of the construction cost.

Loan Calculator

We lend against Residential, Commercial and Developments up to 75% Loan To Value . With additional security provided, we may consider lending up to 100% of the purchase / valuation price. Our loan size ranges from £50K to £10M.
